Moving Out, Moving On Case Manager— 6 Months Fixed Term

Parkerville Children and Youth Care Inc. cares for and works with children and young people who have experienced trauma from abuse and their families. We provide a diverse range of programmes across the metropolitan area and the Midwest and Gascoyne with a strong focus on adherence to the relevant quality standards.

We have an exciting role to work with young people at risk in the community and their families as a Case Manager in our Moving On, Moving Out (MOMO) programme.  This is a full time role, based at our Midland office and involves outreach services to the Perth Metro area. This role requires an experienced case manager with an exceptional ability to engage young people at risk and maintain firm boundaries.
