Exciting times for Parkerville Children and Youth Care – the future of child advocacy

The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority has selected Parkerville Children and Youth Care as frontrunner to develop two lots at its Midland Railway Workshops. Parkerville, which provides therapeutic services for vulnerable children and young people and established the George Jones Child Advocacy Centre in Armadale would build a five-storey Child Advocacy Centre on vacant land and redevelop the historic Tarpaulin Shop building into office space for complementary not-for-profit agencies.
