An expression of dissatisfaction or concern about the service.
All feedback will be received in a welcoming and respectful manner.
All complaints will be:
- Received in strict confidence
- Addressed in a spirit of cooperation
- Treated as genuine
- Investigated properly and objectively
- Resolved promptly
The complaint will receive feedback on the outcome of a complaint (if contact details are provided).
All complaints will be acknowledged and responded to within 72 hours.
