Parkerville Children and Youth Care awarded Child Safe Accreditation!

At the end of 2015, Parkerville Children and Youth Care approached the Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) to gather more information on their Safeguarding Children programme and how to become a child safe accredited organisation. The seven “Safeguarding Children Standards” outline the various ways in which an organisation could practice in order to minimise the risk posed to children receiving services.
