The Out of Home Care programme at Parkerville Children and Youth Care Inc. provides a holistic, multi-disciplinary and therapeutic care service for vulnerable children. Our Out of Home Care programme provides a holistic, multi-disciplinary, therapeutic care service for vulnerable children. Our aim, as a team of committed staff, is to bring healing and growth to the lives of vulnerable children. Parkerville Children and Youth Care Inc are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Team Leader Family Group Homes. The Team leader Family Group Homes is responsible for the development, management and coordination of therapeutic care plans for a small group of assigned children.  The position works with other professional staff and direct carers in the delivery and review of plans that seek to bring healing and growth to children’s lives.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working in partnership with out external expert advisors, the Communications and Events Officer will play an important role in assisting with the delivery of communications and marketing strategies to support Parkerville Children and Youth Care towards our strategic direction. The Communications and Events Officer will work alongside our external communications partners and will be responsible for the development and production of internal and external communications materials, with the purpose to build brand awareness.

The Principal Practice Lead – Therapeutic Services plays an important role in providing recruitment, clinical support, training and development, direction and supervision to the Therapeutic Services team. The successful applicant will co-chair the complex case review panel and provide specialist consultation in complex cases as well as ensure that clinical and therapeutic services are high quality, timely and meet all standards and requirements.
