Support Worker - Young Women's Programme

We have an opportunity for a Part-Time Support Worker to join our Young Women’s Programme! 

The Young Women’s Programme provides safe and affordable short to medium term accommodation for young women aged 15 to 25 years of age who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or who need transitional support in becoming independent. The program provides a safe, affordable living environment for young women and supports young women to develop independent living skills. 

About the Role
The Support Worker is responsible for maintaining a safe, supported and therapeutic environment for young women living within the shared accommodation.  The Support Worker will work alongside the team to develop independent living skills, assist in goal development and help establish a healthy community of networks for young women. This role can include several overnight shifts, as well as weekend shifts dependant on the needs of the service.

About the Role
The COVID-19 Support Coordinator provides assessment, training, education, coaching and support to our team to ensure that our organisation is proactively responsive, and that our employees are supported to manage COVID-19 in the workplace. 

This role is initially offered on a part-time basis (2 days per week) for a period of 6-months, with the possibility for extension.

About the Role

The Partnerships Manager plays an integral role in the development and maintenance of key stakeholder relationships. This position supports the Executive Manager Strategy and Business Development to enhance government, corporate and philanthropic partnerships, creating a pipeline of future opportunities for Parkerville CYC to leverage connections to attract and diversify the organisations funding and models of service delivery.

Carer (Perth) - Multiple Opportunities Available

Our Vision is to work with the community to help make WA the safest place for children and young people. With over a century of service, we care for and support children and young people who have experienced trauma through neglect, family domestic violence and child sexual abuse.

About the Role
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting the lives of children and young people in Out of Home Care. 

These roles are live-in and consist of up to 24-hour shifts on a rotating fortnightly roster, offered on a casual or fixed-term full-time basis. Casual roles are offered with a high level of flexibility and our full-time roles are offered on a roster of 7 days on 7 days off. 

Carer - Multiple Opportunities Available

Geraldton and Carnarvon

About the Role
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting the lives of Aboriginal children and young people in Out of Home Care. 

These roles are live-in and consist of up to 24-hour shifts on a rotating fortnightly roster, offered on a casual or fixed-term basis. Casual roles are offered with a high level of flexibility and our full-time roles are offered on a roster of 7 days on 7 days off.

We also have FIFO opportunities! This FIFO opportunity would be for a full-time Carer to travel from Perth to Geraldton on a 7 days on 7 days off basis.
