Support and Community Service

Our Support and Community Service program partners with housing service providers to ensure children aged from four to 14 years get the special attention they deserve.

Children from families who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, are some of the most vulnerable people in our community and we are there to help those whose families are living in supported accommodation in Perth.

Our Support and Community Service program partners with housing service providers to ensure children aged from four to 14 years get the special attention they deserve. We work closely with the whole family, to help bring about the change they need to build a brighter future.

Support and Community Service is a confidential support service for children and young people aged four to 14 years old and their families who are currently being supported through Family Supported Accommodation Services such as Indigo Junction, Anglicare WA, Mission Australia, St Barts, Centrecare, Foundation Housing, and more or are participating in a Tenant Support Program or a Public Tenancy Support Service.

Participants must live in the north-eastern suburbs covering areas from Subiaco, Mirrabooka, Midland, Ellenbrook and Joondalup to Yanchep.

The Support and Community Service encourages children and their families to reach their full potential and helps them feel confident, happy and safe. SACS is a voluntary service, cost free and provides outreach support where we will meet clients in community spaces where it suits clients and can provide transport.
